Can I Return My Purchase?

For all products in stock, if you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery / collection. Send us an email (lisa@lisatwyman.com) and we will arrange the full refund and return of the product.

All items that are made to order, or have been customised for you are not returnable. The product description will list if the item is in stock or made to order.

You will be obliged to cover the shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is a defective or damaged product.

​

All returns need to be in the original packaging to ensure no damage is incurred during return shipping.

​

If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, with a photograph of the damage.

How Long Will My Order take?

We do ensure the speediest delivery of your purchase.

Some of the products in the store are made to order. Please check the product description for the lead-time on the item as these vary from product to product.

Shipping Charges

We heavily subsidise the shipping costs of orders in an attempt to keep the costs down for our online customers.

​

Shipping costs for each item is a standard rate for the whole of the country, shown in your shopping cart before check out.

​

If you would like to collect your purchase, this option can be selected in the shipping section of your shopping cart.
