Are interior designers expensive?
Interior design as a service has a range of fees, dependant on the scope of the project.
You could hire a designer to conceive of the initial design concept, draw up the design plans and / or the technical drawings for suppliers and manufacturers, or implement and manage the project on site. This means that with these flexible services, you could find something to fit your project needs.
We like to meet with the client to discuss their particular project needs, and propose a fee that reflects our service.

We like to be involved in a project from as early as possible. Be it a renovation or a new build, our input, alongside the architect or other design professionals can save money and provide the best bridge between client and contractor.
How does a project with an interior designer work?
After an initial consultation and site visit, we will put together a fee proposal in line with the scope of work.
Following acceptance of our fee, the design concept is fully fleshed out, along with design documents per room / area showing the changes and additions through floor plans and elevations.
Once the design documents are approved, we can procure all items, compile comprehensive costings, and manage the installation on site, including managing contractors and suppliers to provide a turn key solution to your project.

Can I Return My Purchase?
For all products in stock, if you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery / collection. Send us an email (lisa@lisatwyman.com) and we will arrange the full refund and return of the product.
All items that are made to order, or have been customised for you, are not returnable. ​

You will be obliged to cover the shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is a defective or damaged product.

All returns need to be in the original packaging to ensure no damage is incurred during return shipping.

If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, with a photograph of the damage.

How Long Will My Order take?

Shipping Charges
We heavily subsidise the shipping costs of orders in an attempt to keep the costs down for our online customers.
